Dear Conference Attendees,

I am a Brazilian Doctor and Professor of Medicine at The Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). I have been studying and teaching medical semiology, mainly in metabolic disorders such as Cardio Metabolic-Renal Syndrome (CMR-S), for more than forty years.

Metabolic Map 3.0 (MM 3.0) is an adaptation of Metabolic Map (MM) for understanding who the patient with CMR-S is. There are a lot of different forms of presentation and the exam based on the evidence of the CMR-S is not enough for planning an individual strategy for treatment.

It is an honor and great pleasure to explain how it works. It will be a great opportunity for the participants, including young and senior researchers, scientists, clinicians and academicians, to gain knowledge from up-to-date research in CardioMetabolic-Renal Syndrome.

It is a great pleasure and honor to welcome all participants to Nutri Science 2027. This conference provides an excellent international platform for scientific exchange, interdisciplinary collaboration, and discussion of the latest advances in nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and health sciences.

I am particularly pleased to see the growing attention devoted to the interactions between nutrition, physical activity, mental health, metabolism, and chronic disease prevention across the lifespan. Integrative and evidence-based approaches are becoming increasingly important in both research and clinical practice.

I hope this meeting will inspire fruitful discussions, new collaborations, and innovative ideas that will contribute to improving health outcomes and advancing personalized and preventive medicine.

I look forward to meeting researchers, clinicians, and healthcare professionals from around the world and to sharing knowledge and experiences during Nutri Science 2027.

It is a genuine pleasure to welcome you to Nutri Science 2027, a conference that each year renews our scientific and cultural responsibility to rethink nutrition as a driver of health, prevention, and social innovation. This edition, with its focus on probiotics, the microbiome, functional nutrition, and translational research, invites us to explore food as a multidimensional experience that integrates biology, perception, identity, and resilience.

My contribution draws on the theoretical framework developed in Beyond the Apparent, which proposes a new epistemology of fragility and a vision of resilience as a constant condition of human existence. Within this perspective, food perception becomes a privileged space for observing cognitive vulnerability and transforming it into evolutionary potential, particularly in borderline functioning contexts.

I invite you to experience Nutri Science 2027 as a space of dialogue, discovery, and meaningful connection, where scientific inquiry meets human complexity and where every perspective can move, together, beyond the apparent.
