Biography:
Anthonio Oladimeji is a Researcher and Data Scientist specializing in Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) for nutrition-focused interventions. He is pursuing a BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Ibadan, where he serves as President of the Human Nutrition and Dietetics Students and Vice President of the Faculty of Public Health. His work integrates AI-driven analytics with public health research, focusing on nutrition biomarkers, protein quality assessment, and policy evaluation. A Clinton Global Initiative Fellow, he applies data science and predictive modeling to improve health outcomes and drive innovation in nutrition research.
