Currently serving as Junior Sous Chef at Tavistock Group’s Atlas and The Garden Room, he blends classical French techniques with modernist approaches to create exceptional desserts and artisan breads. A former bakery entrepreneur in India, he has earned multiple awards for culinary excellence and innovation. Chetanya is also pursuing a Master’s in Business Analytics at Trine University, combining his creative artistry with analytical precision to shape the evolving landscape of modern gastronomy
