Biography:
Ezenwa, Happiness Chidinma received her M.Sc and Ph.D in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria. She presently works as a Senior Lecturer and the Post Graduate coordinator in the same Department. Her research interest is focused on food habits, lifestyle and its effects on the prevalence of non-communicable diseases across the life cycle. Utilization of grains and legumes in Food production and indigenous recipe development, Nutrient and diet management, food options, recent advances in Nutrition, community and public health nutrition among others.
