Biography:
Md Mahbubul Alam Shaun is a PhD Research Fellow at Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU), Bangladesh, under the DANIDA-funded AQUAFOOD Research Project of the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition and Food Science from Patuakhali Science and Technology University (PSTU). Mr. Shaun has professional experience in public health nutrition, having worked in both research and development sectors. His current research focuses on sustainable nutrition and health, with particular emphasis on the AQUAFOOD project’s objectives to enhance nutrition through aquatic food systems.
