Biography:
Victor Edet Ntukidem, born on July 7, 1985, in Itu LGA, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, is a Food Nutritionist, Chemist, Biochemist, and Biotechnologist with over a decade of research and consultancy experience. He earned a B.Sc. in 2012 and an M.Sc. in 2019 from the University of Uyo, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Food Processing and Storage Technology, scheduled for defense in October 2025. Victor has authored 26 peer-reviewed publications and served as Lead Consultant for the 2022 School Farm to School Meal project. He has professional experience in academia, industry, and management, and is an active member of NIFST, the Nigerian Council of Food Science and Technology, and the African Academic Network.
