Biography:
Yang ziyi attended Nanjing Agricultural University for his undergraduate, master's and PhD degrees, and is currently a PhD student in the class of 2023. He has has published 5 SCI academic papers. The first author's article published in Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, JCR Zone 1, was selected as the cover of the current issue of the journal. Presented 1 conference paper and 1 poster at the 70th International Congress of Meat Science and Technolog. He is currently a student member of the American Meat Science Research Society, Chinese Chemical Society, and Chinese Association of Food Science and Technology.
