Biography:
Alina Sadaf is a master's student in Food Science and Technology at MNS University of Agriculture Multan. She had completed her bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from COMSATS University. Research interests focused on enhancing food nutrition, quality control, and innovative techniques. During her academic career, she has contributed to projects focused on nutrition improvement and food product development and has actively participated in scientific workshops and presentations.
