Biography:
Kohonou Arnaud is a PhD holder in Biochemistry, Pharmacology, and Nutrition from the University of Abomey-Calavi (Benin), where he obtained his doctorate with highest honors. His research focuses on public health nutrition, food safety, ethnobotany, and the evaluation of bioactive compounds with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer properties. He is currently a lecturer-researcher and an external collaborator in several research laboratories, with extensive experience in nutrition security, sustainable food systems, and environmental governance. His work aims to translate scientific evidence into innovative, context-adapted nutritional and health solutions with global relevance.
