Biography:
Malgorzata Mizgier is an Associate Professor at the Department of Sports Dietetics, Faculty of Health Sciences, Poznań University of Physical Education, Poland. She received her Ph.D. in nutritional sciences from Poznań University of Life Sciences and completed her habilitation in health and medical sciences at Poznań University of Medical Sciences. Her research focuses on the impact of nutrition and physical activity on reproductive, hormonal, metabolic, inflammatory, and immunometabolic health in adolescent girls and women, particularly in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), menstrual disorders, infertility, and pregnancy.
