Biography:
Dr. Oyewale, studied Food Science and Technology at the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Ogun State, graduated with BSc. (2001). She joined Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko Ondo State, in 2009 as a Technologist and rose to the position of Assistant Chief Technologist in 2022, before withdrawing her services in December 2023 to begin a lecturing career at the University of Medical Sciences, Department of Food Science and Technology. She received her PhD degree (2023) at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State. She is a member of NISLT and the NIFST. She has twelve research articles to her credit.
