Yuanju Zhang

Biography:

Yuanju Zhang is a Master’s student majoring in Biology and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the College of Life Sciences, Linyi University, under the supervision of Professor Zhang Jianying. Her research focuses on the regulatory mechanisms of probiotics on hepatic metabolism in poultry, with a specific emphasis on the effects of Clostridium butyricum on lipid metabolism in laying hens. By establishing in vitro hepatocyte models and conducting in vivo animal experiments, combined with transcriptomic and proteomic techniques, she systematically analyzes the impacts of probiotic intervention on hepatic lipid synthesis and transport pathways. She looks forward to discussing the innovative applications of probiotics in regulating poultry metabolism at this conference.
